SENATE BILL NO. 164 "An Act prohibiting leases under the Right-                                     
of-Way Leasing Act on state land in or adjacent to the Beaufort Sea;                                
and providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                      
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                 
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
